Welcome to the Womens Museum blog center where we will be featuring a well known feminist blogger, Jennifer Lee. Jennifer Lee works as a film direct and is a feminist/activist. She worked on many feature films including Forrest Gump, Ghost, Back to the Future 2 and many more. Her first independent film that she directed Mary Jane Colter: The Desert View. She later focused her work on being a visual effects producer, compositor, editor, digital intermediate conforming editor while producing miniature effects in several Hollywood studios. As a Feminist speaker Jennifer works to connect the significance of women while seeing them as leaders. She does so at various schools and conferences. One of Jennifer’s most notable works is her documentary, Feminist: Stories From Women’s Liberation. This won “Best of the Fest” at the Los Angeles Women’s International Film Festival. Not only is she a writer, but also does picture illustrations as seen below. Be on the look out for our next blog featuring one of her recent articles published in time magazine!
